Arti’Choc is vaguely reminiscent of a cosy German stube. The warm interior of this characteristic edifice and Katja’s cheerful personality set the friendly scene. Chef Daniel, a fan of fine produce, rolls out a wide range of French staples. Zeeland mussels in a creamy curry sauce with a quenelle stuffed with delicate white fish and chervil, or Ondenval trout à la meunière with almonds and apples and a crisp salad.
