On the main street, in the warmer months, service moves outdoors to a convivial and informal setting. The culinary offering is rigorously Tuscan and land-based: the mixed crostini, ribollita, pici all’aglione and braised beef with vegetables are unmissable. At certain times of year, game also makes an appearance, with a wild boar stew not to be missed. To close, a caramel panna cotta that ranks among the finest in the area.
