Perched high above the Gulf of Pinarellu, this restaurant set in a contemporary hotel serves creative cuisine made up of original compositions that showcase Corsican produce and the seasons. A few examples: sole fillet with seaweed powder and a blanquette of mussels from the Étang de Diana; rack of lamb roasted in a sauté pan and smoked with myrtle, served with aubergine dip; or cream of cocoa nibs with olive and chocolate ice cream, sweet tapenade and chestnut liqueur. The menu is simpler at lunchtime.
