Experienced chef-owners Olivia Bianchi-Barry and Jamie Randall have been running their compact quayside restaurant for over a decade now, and they continue to make Bristol's diners happy. The dining room has a rustic quality, which is contrasted by the vibrancy of the cooking, in dishes such as Sorrento tomatoes with Quicke's 12-month-aged cheddar and basil. Keep an eye out for seasonal local ingredients too, like the Cheddar Valley strawberries that really deliver on flavour. The chef's table is a popular choice, but so are the rear tables overlooking the water.
