Exceedingly warm hospitality sets the tone, as you choose between an appealing selection of tapas, a large or small set menu and à la carte dishes. Tempting options include "brined char, tomato essence, apricot, cream cheese, basil", "cheese spaetzle, crispy onions, chives, Alpine cheese" and "Wiener schnitzel from Lindlbauer milk-fed veal".
