The restaurant at the wonderful Schlosshotel Münchhausen, a stately home dating back to 1570, is both elegant and informal. The modern-inspired classic cuisine is served in the form of a four- or five-course menu as well as an à la carte selection. The experience begins in the foyer with an aperitif and amuse-bouches, prepared in front of you. You are then shown to your table in the inviting dining space – the moulded ceilings, chandeliers and hardwood floors are a throwback to the property's historic charm, which has been successfully preserved and contribute to the relaxed, contemporary atmosphere. The whole experience is rounded off by the attentive and highly skilled service team. Thanks to the superb location encompassing the grounds and golf course, as well as tasteful guestrooms, patrons find plenty of reasons to linger.
